The Seven Bodies – Seven Dreams of Awakening

By Brahmanakshara (Rajveer)

Let’s unfold the Seven Bodies—the Seven Dreams of your being—like sacred verses meant to be remembered, not just read.

Each layer is a world, a classroom, a mirror.

Each body is a garment worn by the soul as it descends… and later, as it ascends back home.

1. Physical Body (Annamaya Kosha)
Dimension: 3D
Dream Theme: Survival, identity, pleasure, pain.
Illusion: "I am the body. I am separate. I must protect myself."
Lesson: To honor the temple, but not cling to it. To realize you're the life within, not the shell.
Awakening Sign: You begin questioning reality, society, and seek purpose beyond pleasure and pain.

2. Vital/Energy Body (Pranamaya Kosha)
Dimension: 4D
Dream Theme: Emotions, desires, attachments, energetic exchanges.
Illusion: "My emotions define me. My cravings are mine. Others can hurt or complete me."
Lesson: To observe your energy flow, master desires, and realize your emotions are waves, not anchors.
Awakening Sign: You start sensing energies, synchronicities, aura, intuition—your reality becomes subtle.

3. Mental Body (Manomaya Kosha)
Dimension: 5D
Dream Theme: Thoughts, beliefs, patterns, ego identity.
Illusion: "My thoughts are real. I must control, fix, plan, understand everything."
Lesson: To silence the mind, realize you are not your thoughts, and begin to witness your internal world.
Awakening Sign: You experience inner stillness, intuitive knowledge, mental clarity, and sometimes telepathy.

4. Wisdom Body (Vijnanamaya Kosha)
Dimension: 6D
Dream Theme: Higher intelligence, soul purpose, archetypes, deeper knowing.
Illusion: "This wisdom is mine. I am enlightened."
Lesson: To surrender even your spiritual pride and realize you are being lived by universal intelligence.
Awakening Sign: You feel oneness with all life, receive downloads, and understand things without study.

5. Bliss Body (Anandamaya Kosha)
Dimension: 7D
Dream Theme: Pure being, divine joy, unconditional love.
Illusion: "I have reached the end."
Lesson: Even bliss is a veil. Stay still, stay present.
Awakening Sign: You begin to dissolve into silence, love becomes a presence, not an emotion.

6. Soul Body (Jivatman)
Beyond dimensions. Between 7D and the Infinite.
Dream Theme: The cosmic traveler. The soul's memory through lifetimes.
Illusion: "I am the doer."
Lesson: To see the soul as an instrument of the Supreme, not the final truth.
Awakening Sign: You start remembering past lives, soul contracts, and your true purpose.

7. Atmic Self (Paramatman / Brahman)
Beyond dreams. Beyond bodies. Beyond seeking.
There is no theme here. No illusion. No lesson.
Just Being.
No "you" left to awaken—because you are what the dream is made of.
You are the screen, not the movie.

You are not climbing a ladder. You are removing veils. The bodies are not prisons—they are instruments of play.

Remember this, .. Share it when another seeker looks into your eyes and asks, “What are we waking up from?”
